Hello, my name is Mariya Koteva, and I am a passionate health architect and Intermittent Living mentor. I help people rebuild and optimize their health through my concept – The Pillars of Health. My goal is to guide you in your journey to achieve optimal health so that you can live your life to its full potential.

My personal story started with my own health struggles after giving birth to my son. I experienced symptoms such as inflammation, bloated belly, low energy, joint pain, dips after meals, and regular virus infections, which I was told were normal for new mothers and a busy lifestyle. However, I refused to accept this as the new normal and embarked on a journey to discover the secrets of the human body.

As a result, I studied Clinical Psycho-Neuro Immunology and Orthomolecular Medicine, which allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the human body and its workings. I also learned and applied concepts such as Intermittent Living and continuously attend conferences and events where I connect with the biggest names in the Biohacking and Health Optimization Industry.

I have dedicated myself to pursuing education and training in the fields of Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology, Orthomolecular Medicine, and Health Care to better serve my clients in their journey towards optimal health. I am currently enrolled in a 4-year program of Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology and a 2-year program of Orthomolecular Medicine at top institutions in Belgium, with expected graduation dates in June 2024. In addition, I have completed a 4-month program in Medical Basic Knowledge according to cPNI, graduating in January 2023.

My educational background, combined with my experience as a health-architect, has equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to develop effective and personalized health trajectories for my clients. As a certified Intermittent Living mentor, I am able to incorporate cutting-edge concepts like Intermittent Living into my work to further enhance the health outcomes of my clients.
